  • Houses
    A popular specification for clients is they are looking for a three-bedroom and two bathroom home at least. A double garage, swimming pool, and borehole are also ideal for potential buyers.

    A new trend among the buyer, they are looking for a property with solar systems or some backup system, solar geysers, or gas stoves.

  • Townhouses
    Two-bedroom townhouses are the ideal non-negotiable, if three bedrooms then it is a bonus. People will specify whether they are looking at a duplex or a simplex.

    If the townhouse has a private garden, it will be preferable with at least one garage or double carport. Communal swimming pools for buyers are just an added bonus, but not a deal breaker.

Land where there are already water and electricity, and zoned for residential use, will never be long on the market. If the price is right, it will catch the right buyer’s eye.

    Roodepoort is a big suburb of Johannesburg and commercial property will always necessity for upcoming and even existing business owners.
